recurring invoices
We have clients on a system similar to subscription. It would be great if we could be able to create recurring invoices so that we dont have to manually create invoices for each of them. So an option to recur the invoices on a weekly, daily, monthly basis etc.

bank reconciliation
Maybe i am running away with my mind a bit here but just thought a bank reconciliation feature would be a very useful additional. It will minimise having to manually enter payments and the risk of error. i know there are seperate accounting packages that do this.

Job scheduling and payroll
We have field staff/subcontractors and would like the functionality to be able to assign jobs to them and schedule the jobs for example, some jobs are one time jobs, some are weekly, some every two weeks, etc. Linked to this would be the ability to calculate how much to pay the subcontractors/staff after the jobs has been marked as complete in the system. So in a nutshell, we would like to see scheduling and payroll functionality if possible. Thanks.

Creating an activity when a field is a date.
We need to create activities during the sales cycle which are defined at the start of the cycle. Currently this involves accessing the acvtiviies tab and creating indivual activities and either writing down the dates and other information or going back and forward between the main screen and activity screen to get the details. It could be as simple as a 'create activity' button available beside the date field which lanched the activity screen and pre-populated the date.

Mailshots & Campaigns - support 'opt-in' as well as 'unsubscribe'
At the moment when you send a campaign mailshot, you can include an 'unsubscribe' page which allows people to unsubscribe from all future mail, or from individual campaigns which they've *already* received email from.
We'd like to extend this so you could include future possible campaign mailshots on the same page, allowing opt-in as well.
eg: You run one general 'Newsletter' mailshot to all customers, but use that page to allow them to opt into more specific campaign newsletters on sub-topics if they wish to.
Or a one-off campaign mailshot after an exhibition to new leads allows people to opt… more3 votes -
Integration with Kashflow, a book keeping system
Have you thought of integraHave you thought of integrating with Kashflow? It's a book keeping system that integrates with CRMs and even online payment merchants like paypal etc... They offer a trial period to allow you check them out and are much more user friendly that sage and much mor eaffordable. Key benefits are it helps SME's with VAT returns, Profit & Loss Statements, Invoicing etc... It's near enough an accountant replacement for many services. Saying that, what's great about it is that many accountants work with Kashflow as they too can be granted access on their own interface. That… more

Custom (Many to Many) relationships with roles
Add a custom field for relationship between records, possibly a many-to-many field. Cases, projects, opportunities... are related to project networks (people other than the owner of the case), suppliers, advisors, etc.
For example, I need to track construction projects (my lead) and involved parties: owner(s), engineer(s), prime contractor(s), operator(s), project management, legal... A contractor can be a prime contractor with one project and a subcontractor in another.
An attorney may need to track third parties, adverse parties, joined parties, other beneficiaries... as well as the business relationship and subsidiaries of his clients for conflict checks...

Unified project management tool (cases, campaign, post-sale service management)

PSA / PPM extension
For professional services, the performance of the service is the first marketing campaign. Furthermore, service delivery may involve a network of stakeholder, supplier, advisors, shoppers, clients, team members... For a professional service firm, it is therefore critical to be able to integrate its service delivery system to its marketing ecosystem. At least a connector to PPM leaders. This is the only reason I cannot switch to Workbooks.

Extend the group paradigm to all objects.
Segmenting is key. This is true for contacts (advisors, clients, employees, geographic area, industrial sector, type of services...) but also projects (clients, internal, marketing, cases, HR) etc. Self-populating groups (smart lists) with drag & drop with self-tagging (the item once moved to the list is updated with the list's attributes). Whether you are a small business owner or a mid management director in a large corp, you should have more than one type of project and one type of contacts...

Copy customisation from one database to another database
It takes time to customise a system with picklist values, custom fields, custom page layouts & default saved user views (last two features are due very soon).
It would be great to have a feature that allows customisation to be exported from one database to another. Maybe there could be a copy customisation from Database A to Database B option. This feature would need to allow you to choose which customisation you need to copy. For example, you may want the picklist values and custom page layouts, but you may not want the saved views. There could even be an… more

Rename standard field labels and allow translation to multiple languages
Custom fields already offer the ability to add new fields with the field name you require. However, you can't currently rename standard fields, or include translations to other languages. e.g. Your company may refer to support Cases as Tickets and it would be useful to be able to be able to rename Cases to Tickets.
This will make adoption of Workbooks easier as your users will be familiar with the terms and menu options Start > New > "Ticket" instead of the standard Start > New > Case.
Also, if your company operates in more than one language then you… more
