Automatic email delivery of reports.
This would be the ability to create a report and have it automatically run and delivered via email to a distribution list based on a delivery scheduled.
Example schedules might be:
On a specific day each week
On a specific day each month

Our requirement is for an automated way of informing customers of their current ticket statuses. Our previous system emailed them a daily update of what cases were open and what the current status is.
I’ve created a report to mirror the previous information we sent but I cannot see a way of scheduling this to send via an email daily at say 08:00 I feel this would be very beneficial.
One customer has already mentioned that they would like some way to see how tickets are progressing in our new system whether it is via email report or web interface.
This is currently being implemented and will be available in the next release of Workbooks, due this summer.

I started to use the product yesterday, and this is the first thing I tried to do.
I ability to schedule the running and emailing of reports is great way to touch base at regular, predefine interval. Removing the 'I forgot to run the report' part of the job is always a great plus
