Send emails from Workbooks using an alias
This is the ability to choose which email address (and credentials) are used to send an email. This feature could be used for example to send emails from an alias e.g. support@domain.com, rather than the users personal email address.
This idea replaces the idea "Customer Case Management" created by Matthew Dale.
