So in a nutshell, we would like to see scheduling and payroll functionality if possible. Thanks.

Depending on your requirements you could create multiple Activities when the button was used.

We'd like to extend this so you could include future possible campaign mailshots on the same page, allowing opt-in as well.
eg: You run one general 'Newsletter' mailshot to all customers, but use that page to allow them to opt into more specific campaign newsletters on sub-topics if they wish to.
Or a one-off campaign mailshot after an exhibition to new leads allows people to opt in to your general newsletter campaign.
(Where 'opt in' obviously means they've not received a mail from that campaign before).
We don't want to show all campaigns on the subscribe / unsubscribe page (many are internal only) but a 'Allow mailshot opt in' flag or something along those lines on each campaign might work.
Toby Smith - INOVEMtag:ideas.workbooks.com,2008-02-07:Event/99927432011-10-11T07:43:56-07:002011-10-11T07:43:56-07:00Integration with Kashflow, a book keeping system
Chipo Rapson suggested:
Have you thought of integraHave you thought of integrating with Kashflow? It's a book keeping system that integrates with CRMs and even online payment merchants like paypal etc... They offer a trial period to allow you check them out and are much more user friendly that sage and much mor eaffordable. Key benefits are it helps SME's with VAT returns, Profit & Loss Statements, Invoicing etc... It's near enough an accountant replacement for many services. Saying that, what's great about it is that many accountants work with Kashflow as they too can be granted access on their own interface. That way as a customer you are accessing your records and so are yoru accountants.
Chipo Rapsontag:ideas.workbooks.com,2008-02-07:Event/99198152011-09-30T07:26:43-07:002011-09-30T07:26:43-07:00automated email signatures on replies and forwards - not just new emails
Samantha Jones suggested:
Automated email signature on replies and forwards - not just on new emails
Samantha Jonestag:ideas.workbooks.com,2008-02-07:Event/99081752011-09-29T02:19:10-07:002011-09-29T02:19:10-07:00Email Marketing [is now completed]
The existing email marketing tool to be extended so that emails sent out in bulk can contain personalised data originating from the Workbooks person or lead records. This is currently possible when sending emails on a ‘one at a time’ basis. This functionality, will for example, enable you to display people names or values stored on a custom field in each Email when sending out in bulk.
In addition to this, in order to monitor the performance of an email campaign, analytics of responses will be captured and be available for reporting. It will be possible therefore to track how many of the members of a campaign opened the email and clicked on any links.
