This is currently underway and expected in the next release (Q2 2012). You will be able to use filters within landing pages to select large numbers of records and carry out operations including reassignment, deletion and setting values.

Email2case functionality can now be implemented by customers using the Process Engine. A script has been provided which can be tailored to meet each specific customer requirement.

Note: This was delivered in the Summer 2011 release on 2nd September.

“We are making improvements to the Template functionality offered by Workbooks. This will allow you to define a template that can generate either a Workbooks Note or Email record, or a Google Docs document.

Templates will make use of field placeholders / tags e.g. first_name and output the value into the Workbooks Note or Email record, or the Google Docs document. In addition to using fields in the record itself you can also generate multiple sections corresponding to Line Items for example those within an Order or Quotation.

Once generated, you can share the Google Docs document, restrict access, or allow others to collaborate and make changes. A web link / URL to the document is retained in the Notes tab."
